the situation
After experiencing store security breaches the client engaged Security Advisory to undertake a full security review to improve its position with these breaches. As part of its commitment to protect staff and customers within its premises, the client required a review of existing policies and procedures as they related to the effective operation of security within the retail centres of the organisation.

new and old centre design with emphasis on perimeter security and
